I had met with several different solar companies before calling Mystical Energy. From the moment they answered the phone I could tell this was a great company. The call center gentlemen was very nice and informative and set me up to meet with a specialist. The specialist came out to my home and answered every question I had. He customized a solar system for my home and specific energy needs. He explained the design, the panels, the batteries, the inverter and the entire process to me. I felt knowledgeable enough to make an educated decision after speaking with Mystical and have already referred friends to the company!
I had signed a contract the day before I met Mystical Energy. The Solar Specialist Bradley mentioned that he could beat the overall price, monthly payments, and interest rate from my previous contract and he did just that. My interest rate was cut in half, my monthly payments are cheaper, and I received two additional panels giving me a bigger system as well. Very happy I met with Bradley. When the appointed time arrived for installation, it was quick and neat. No excuses were made even though the outside temperature was in triple digits. Mystical Energy pushed through and completed the job. 3 months later, my electric bill disappeared. What was told to me is exactly what happened. My $150 electric bill had magically changed to the electric company owing me money. Bradley turned my electric bill into an electric asset. Mystical Energy handled our roof replacement and solar project and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
